byron coffee

today was the first day of tastings for a new coffee from selected growers in the Byron Bay region. And roasted by Gerald at Caffeinc
very well received with good sales
Australian coffee doesn't have a great reputation .
But as a cold pressed coffee this blend had a nice full body, low acid and a nice chocolate note. equal or better than any Kenyan or Guatemalan

Thanks Gerald for the coffee.
smells great, looking forward to trialling as an australian coffee for cold pressed coffee.
will have tastings this sunday at Burleigh Heads

cold pressed coffee

after much research and R&D work we have now added cold pressed coffee to our range.
cold pressed coffee has 67% less caffeine and 69% less acid. making it a sweeter coffee but due to the cold pressed process extracts all the beautiful coffee flavours without any thermal degradation
