mango

mango ice tea is really going off this summer another couple hundred litres today. This years KP mango is the best flavour and colour we've seen for a couple of years, pity the crop was so small this year
no tea to today, but tried the Yirracliffe from Black Sheep roasters, ever nice . but for me Limu is still the best Ethiopian coffee.

on the coffee subject had a chance to catchup with Nick at Blackboard for a coffee. Really nice Ethiopian Yirracliffe in the grinder. Roasted by the Cup in Westend, who lost the slayer in the flood. While in the Westend I picked up some Nicuraguan coffee from Black Star which will be our coffee of the week, smooth rich choclolate and caramel flavour notes with a soft acidity across the palate
more on tea. samples of long jing from dragonwell tea gardens are due this week. these gardens date back to the Qing dynasty. one of the top ten teas in the world. this is late spring pick grade 1
Well it'll make a change from tasting coffee.
due to arrive soon Gin Xian or white dragon oolong from the Asihan region of Taiwan. one of the best oolong's , this is from late Autumn pick. This tea is renown for its milky creme flavour and is also known as milk oolong.
