chocolate

some trials today with roasted Vanutu cocoa beans, made a nice nutty chocolate. So thinking to do a full cocoa drinking chocolate. Normally drinking chocolate has the cocoa mass and cocoa butter removed (for making block chocolate), so it contains 10% of the original cocoa content.
With the new mill we can make a drinking choc with 100% cocoa content- flavour plus
